TOGETHER SHOW 2022
MOSCOW, RUSSIA
In 2022 we organized a unique charity exhibition TOGETHER at the Museum of Decorative Arts for 100 young female artists who have never taken part in any exhibition in their lives. It was a debut.
The TOGETHER exhibition has also become inclusive as well. It was attended by artists with peculiarities in the development of Okoem workshops, whose installations "Blue Forest" adorned the halls of the exhibition.
“Art is more than diplomacy and psychotherapy. When the world around us is collapsing and even the smallest hope goes out, right now we need to support those who need it so much,” says the project organizer, producer and philanthropist Marika Parsadanelli.
The lead curator of the event was Alina Saprykina, museum expert, ex-director of the Museum of Moscow and chief curator of the All-Russian Museum of Decorative Arts:
“Today, more than ever, it is important to support young artists. After all, museums should not only store and display art, but also actively participate in its development.”
The board of curators included: Polina Askeri (Askeri Gallery), Anastasia Postrigai (op pop art academy), Anastasia Andreeva (Art Life Art Festival), Sabina Chagina (president of the foundation and organizer of the street art biennale), Roman Reznitsky (Israeli artist) and Yuri Omelchenko (Omelchenko Gallery).
All proceeds went entirely to the artist for his further work and development. The brightest work, voted by visitors, was presented at the annual Museum Nights event.
